When it comes to your child’s education, you want nothing but the absolute best for their developmental learning. As a qualified Early Childhood Educator, it’s in my nature to make sure children are continuously learning in the comfort of their home environment. Therefore, we have designed our educational learning boards to foster their cognitive developmental and fine motor skills.
You'll need either a pack of highlighters, chalk markers or white board markers and some baby wipes or tissues and your child is set to learn for the day. IT'S THAT EASY!!!
Our Educational Counting Number line Board has been designed with the utmost efficiency in mind for early primary school children as an invaluable resource.
A number line is used to carry out addition, subtraction and multiplication problems. We always move right to add, move left to subtract and skip count to multiply. Writing numbers on a number line makes comparing numbers easier.
Numbers on the left are smaller than the numbers on the right of the number line.
We have included 3 number lines for you:
- 1- 20
- 10 - 120 (for skip counting, we have included just over 100 as we know some children struggle to count over the 100 mark, if you require more number please leave us a note at checkout)
- A blank number line to use for any math problem
You can help and encourage your child learn to count by making counting a fun and engaging part of your day. When preparing food, count the number of items you are using. Count the different types of fruit in your fruit bowl, count the pairs of socks when doing the washing, count the cars and trucks driving by. The more experience children have with counting, the more they will learn the meaning of numbers. Understanding the meaning of numbers takes experience with counting lots of things. However, providing regular practice and encouragement will become a vital part of your child's daily routine.
Our educational counting number line boards come with a carry handle for easy grasp, so they can easily carry the board around with ease.
To clean, simply use a damp cloth, baby wipe or a disinfectant wipe and your tracing will instantly disappear (keep in mind that your board must be dry before starting again)
Our boards are made from Acrylic and numbers are laser engraved and cut so you can assure yourself that they will not peel off overtime!!!
